Use Your Voice
By David Branker
bq. Proverbs 31:8,9 “Speak up for those who cannot speak up for themselves; ensure justice for those who are perishing. Yes, speak up for the poor and helpless, and see that they get justice.” NLT
The numbers are staggering – we see an increasingly greater number of children affected by the atrocities of human trafficking and slavery. Recent twitters shared that slave traders make $32 billion a year, more than Wal-Mart, McDonalds and Coca Cola combined. We cannot remain silent and do nothing. Love always compels action.
Use your voice for prayer; use your voice to resource the cause; use your voice to educate our generation. Ask God for the courage to speak and the tenacity to follow through. Join us in this fight against injustice! Nov. 7 – www.beherfreedomrun.com.
If you have been graced with strength today, speak up for those who are weak or cannot speak for themselves.
David

I would venture that California and Texas are #1 and #2 (not sure of the order) due to illegal immigrants being brought over and promised ‘freedom’.
Alot of human trafficking is not just sexploitation but people are used for sharecropping and manual labor jobs too!
Right on time, Pastor David. GO JESUS!!!
It’s amazing to see how God has Celebration Church involved in such an area of impact. Just this morning the news was talking about a Summit in Miami the State Government was holding on this very issue of Human Trafficking. They said that it was believed that Florida was the number 3 state in our country for Human trafficking.
This Run is huge in helping raise awareness.
